Well, actually, he wanted to know if I was planning a trip on British Airways. Apparently, someone attempted to charge over $5,000 on airline tickets. I know it was more than $5,000, but after Greg said, “five-thousand,” the sound of my heart beating in my ear drowned out the last three numbers. I think it’s sufficient to say “a lot.”

Well, it’s time to get my travel planner ready and go find those cheap airline tickets that I need.

I also learned that the Russian word for “making a reservation” is the same as the word for “adding armor to”—бронирование [bronirovaniye]. I guess it means you’re protecting your room from anyone else using it. It sure looks odd, though. You can do the same with airline tickets.

Aujetta was extremely thrilled to learn her nephew Jason & family were living in Germany…..I’m just sitting on pins and needles I tell ya….Grandpa is already checking on airline tickets and I hope these two people come together very soon…I’m so glad I’ll be able to witness it….
