Sexy New Dreamliner 787
Continental Airlines has already ordered the 787.
And no, that picture isn't coach; it's first class. Coach will still suck, but marginally less so, since the seats are a whopping half inch wider, and there's a tad more leg room due to thinner seat backs.

I have been flying NW for over 10 years. I have more miles then a lot of pilots from NW. I have never been involved with such a horrible travel year in my career of traveling until this year. Here is what I see as the problem in a nutshell. Doug Steenland, who took over for NW recently has done what would get most people fired. Instead of managing NW he is taking his money, along with his bonuses, for what I am puzzled about still, but none the less he does, turns around and asks the employees, from Pilots to baggage staff to take a cut--well that is a big RED FLAG for most, however NW board does not seem to be seeing the picture. Now, I have had over 6 flights in a row cancelled due to no staff available. I get those notices a week in advance. I know most managers could find someone in a week, but again, it shows poor managing on NW's part. I could go on and on about my experiences this year, but I think this should get the message across I am trying to convey. If not, reply back to this blog and I will explain more.
