Delta/Northwest customer service quality level sucks. I was given wrong information and ended up spending $330 for something that could have been processed for free and rather than refund my money they just told me I should have double checked the recommendation I was given before processing the transaction online. They basically told me that I needed to double check advice given by their customer service because it may or may not be correct. That is horrible customer service and I vow to never use their service again. Their economy class aisle is so thin that I had to turn sideways to even walk through it and I only weight 130 pounds, that's ridiculous.
