Tough to track down
lost luggage between large airlines like American and El Al.
This is getting rediculous. I’ve spoken with El Al and American Airlines. They seem powerless to do anything. There is one employee at El Al that’s making efforts to try, but the rest simply don’t do much. The standard procedure is to send off a telex and hope for the best. They don’t make phone calls or try to be creative in any way.
