Full-blown Adultitis

travel american airlines agent Dealing with an uncommunicative American Airlines employee.

Last week we were flying to Denver. We ended up missing our connecting flight in Chicago because our first flight of the day in Madison was delayed. We literally sprinted through O’Hare Airport to get to our gate (which was super far away) only to find the doors to the jet bridge being closed right before our eyes. One of the American Airlines workers saw us run up, huffing and puffing, and after finding out our names began typing in the computer. She didn’t say a word.

All I can say about AA is that you are right--they are the absolute losers. I had several of their pilots and stews following me around for over two years. These guys call themselves gang stalkers. This airline is stuck in 1950s mode and it doesn't seem like it will ever come out. They have an overwhelming sense of entitlement. I am tired of looking at their l950s crews and I am tired of their mentality. AA is full of hot air. Something stinks up in the air.....
