If you want to find out about customer serviceThen tonight we kick things off with a keynote from Davis Ridley. Davis ran customer service for Southwest airlines. In ecommerce, customer service is one of the best ways to distinguish yourself from competitors. In the airline industry, SouthWest consistently beats every other airline in all aspects of customer service so we thought someone that could achieve what Davis has in one of THE toughest customer service industries would be a great way to start the conference.

I just want to say how much I enjoyed a flight on Sw on April 15th 07 to Las Vegas from Midway Chicago It was a 7:20am flight and we had a wonderful flight attendent - her name was Kim. She was so friendly and helpful, whatever we asked for she was there with asmile and a kind word.
I just wanted you to know what a nice lady she is and it made the trip to Vegas more memorable.
