Seems that Travelocity reservations and a hurricane are a bad combination.

Due to the Hurricane Emily (July 2005) we have received a travel alert and changed our departure date two days after the ones originally booked. Prior to our departure, on the morning of July 18th and right before boarding our American Airlines flight, we contacted your customer service to confirm that everything was ok with our reservations and at that time no negative information was provided about the hotel that we were going to stay, Viva Wyndham Maya – All Inclusive.
