Rule 240: The Rules Have Changed
Good to know about Rule 240 and Northwest, especially in light of the current mechanics walkout.
Northwest Airlines has a very traditional contract, little changed from the days of regulation. Northwest will put you on another airline’s flight, in first class if necessary, without any of the provisos included by Delta and Continental.
