Want a long trip to Hawaii or other exotic destinations? Consider a house swap. Try craigslist.
In fact, many members like to swap to homes that are very different from their own. Your townhouses in both Anchorage or Hawaii will seem very 'exotic' and therefore, attractive, to many members. If you are fairly open yourself on exchange destinations, you should certainly find interest in both of your condos.
