How Hard Could It Be To Make An Airline Reservation
The only thing that would make this better is if it stopped raining here:
Every day, millions of travelers research fares and hundreds of thousands buy airline tickets over the Internet, sometimes with just a few clicks of the mouse. They could be forgiven for not knowing that air-fare searching is an astonishingly complex computer task รท or that it took a small software company, founded a few years ago by a procrastinating graduate student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, to help simplify the process.

I would like everyone to know that the Northwest Airline ( NWA ) site
errored and booked the wrong date on my flight. When I complained the
employees kept me on hold for 2.5 hours and then did nothing to
remedy the problem. If I were a potential passenger on Northwest
Airline I would worry for my safety. These folks cannot keep there
website running much less a complex aircraft.
