US, Canada, Mexico Vow Security Cooperation
As the heads of North American countries met this week, U.S. and Mexico made important security agreements.
US President George W. Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin, and Mexican President Vicente Fox unveiled the proposal after talks at Baylor University, to be followed by lunch at Bush's nearby ranch.
